With over 20 years’ experience at the top levels of business - including serving as a FTSE-350 executive, Operations Leader and Global HR Director, I understand first-hand the complexity, pressure, and isolation that comes with senior leadership. Balancing a family, I’ve also held leadership roles in the non-profit sector, including board member, Chair of Governors and trustee for educational organisations.
Having personally led global transformations and restructuring both in times of plenty and crisis, I have also crafted my own hybrid career and supported other senior leaders worldwide to identify and implement their own strategies and solutions. Today, I draw on that experience, alongside master’s-level qualifications in Organisational Behaviour and Executive Coaching & Mentoring to support leaders through their most critical professional transitions.
